— Welcome to Ready Go Delivery. By accessing or using our mobile apps, restaurant portal, and related services (the Platform), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. You must accept these Terms when you create an account.
— Ready Go Delivery is a technology platform that connects customers with local restaurants and independent delivery drivers. We provide the app, portal, and tools that let orders be placed, accepted, prepared, delivered, and paid for. We are not a restaurant, we do not prepare food, and we do not employ the drivers who make deliveries.
— You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the Platform. Drivers and restaurants must provide accurate registration information and the required documents, and must meet our approval requirements before they can operate on the Platform.
— You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information, verify your account when asked, and not share your account or impersonate others. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
— When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase from the restaurant through the Platform. Prices, menu items, and availability are set by the restaurant. Your order total, including any fees, taxes, and delivery charges, is shown before you confirm. Placing an order authorizes payment for that total.
— Restaurants are responsible for their menus, pricing, availability, food preparation, food quality, and food safety, and for meeting all laws and licensing that apply to their business. The restaurant, not Ready Go Delivery, is responsible for the food it prepares and for the accuracy of its listings.
— Drivers are independent and responsible for their own vehicles, licensing, insurance, and safe, lawful driving. Drivers are responsible for delivering orders as accepted and for meeting the requirements described on the Platform. Ready Go Delivery does not employ drivers and is not responsible for their conduct.
— Payments are processed by our payment providers, such as PayPal and Stripe. When a customer pays, the payment is split so that the platform fee is applied, and the restaurant and driver are paid their share. Restaurants are charged a platform fee on food sales, and drivers earn a guaranteed minimum fare per delivery plus any tips, as described on the Platform.
— Drivers are shown a guaranteed minimum fare before accepting a delivery, and keep the tips customers choose to add. Fares and tips are calculated and displayed in the app. Payout timing and methods are handled through our payment providers.
— Customers may cancel an order before the restaurant’s preparation cutoff, as shown in the app. If a restaurant rejects an order, the customer is notified and refunded. Refunds and adjustments, including for disputes, are handled through the Platform, and where a party is found at fault, amounts may be deducted from their earnings.
— Orders involve customers, restaurants, and drivers. If a dispute arises, such as a missing item, late delivery, or wrong address, you can raise it through the Platform, and we may review the claim, responses, and available evidence to help reach a resolution. Our decision on a dispute is intended to be fair, but you remain responsible for your own conduct.
— Customers can rate and review restaurants and drivers. You agree that reviews will be honest and not abusive, unlawful, or misleading. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms, and restaurants may respond to reviews about them.
— You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to misuse it. You may not provide false information, upload content you do not have rights to, harass other users, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
— The Platform may let customers, restaurants, and drivers exchange messages related to an order. You agree to keep these communications respectful and related to the order. We may access messages as needed to run the service, provide support, or resolve disputes.
— The Platform relies on third-party services, including payment providers, mapping and location services, social sign-in, and cloud hosting. Your use of features powered by these services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
— We work to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the Platform develops.
— The Platform, including its design, software, and original content, is owned by Ready Go Delivery or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights we grant you to use the Platform, you receive no ownership of it.
— The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Platform, the restaurants or drivers on it, or the food, deliveries, or results you receive, and we disclaim all implied warranties.
— To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Go Delivery and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from food, deliveries, driver or restaurant conduct, or your use of the Platform.
— You agree to hold Ready Go Delivery and its operators harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your orders, deliveries, or food you provide, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
— You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, fail our requirements, or to protect the Platform and its users. Provisions on payments, disclaimers, and limitation of liability continue after termination.
— We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date below. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
— These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. (Operator to confirm governing jurisdiction with counsel.)
